You have taken your first step towards amazing fitness, with a touch of madness. We say YΞS to this! Please read the below for our house rules and everything you need to know about classes, safety, timetable, locations and more.
CLASSES
Our classes are HIIT-based workouts (High Intensity Interval Training) designed to build muscle strength while optimising fat burn, with a combination of resistance work and cardio exercises. We use professional equipment such as Concept2 rowing machines, Airbikes, TRX, barbells, kettlebells, battle ropes and more to guarantee fun and maximise results. Class formats and exercises change constantly to keep it exciting, with a mix of bodyweight, free weights, running and cardio, varying in intensity to challenge each participant and safely improve fitness.
INDOOR / OUTDOOR
We offer two main categories of classes: while the YΞS essence is the same in both, indoor classes take place in our two studios, fitted with the best equipment for an intense workout and with the added comfort of changing rooms and shower facilities available. We kindly ask you to wear indoor shoes here. Outdoor classes are given in beautiful parks across Geneva, Lausanne and Nyon, where we take various pieces of equipment outside for an exhilarating workout in the fresh air and in harmony with Mère Nature.
SAFETY
You should be in good physical fitness or cleared for exercise by a medical professional before starting any new physical activity. By taking part in YΞS Bootcamp classes, you assume all risks of injury. YΞS Bootcamp is not responsible or liable of any risks of loss, property damage or personal injury you may sustain by participating in classes. Every client agrees to show respect to other clients, coaches, the equipment, and facilities (or outdoor spaces) at all times.

INDOOR LOCATIONS
Eaux-Vives (Rue Merle-d'Aubigné 26, 1207 Genève)
The place where it all began in January 2020. Our home studio (literally, we live upstairs) fitted with our signature equipment where you will find classes throughout the year. Changing rooms, showers and kitchenette are available to all clients.
HUG (Bd de la Cluse 105, 1205 Genève)
Our second studio opened in November 2021 to offer more indoor classes in a different area of Geneva. A compact space packed with professional equipment for the best power workouts. Changing rooms and showers are available to all clients.
OUTDOOR LOCATIONS
Eaux-Vives Beach (Quai Gustave-Ador, 1207 Genève, in front of Baby Plage)
A stunning location facing Lake Geneva where the view will have you forget you are even exercising. This is the birthplace of our now very popular weekend beach bootcamp. Come, workout, enjoy. We sometimes even have a dip in the lake afterwards!
Parc de la Grange (Quai Gustave-Ador, 1207 Genève, northwest corner near the rose garden)
A beautiful corner of this park has become our regular spot for many weekly lunchtime classes. We use the magnificent trees and gentle hills to spice up the workout and make the most of the terrain here.
Perle du Lac (Parc Mon-Repos, 1202 Genève, in front of Musée d'Histoire des Sciences)
Another favourite for great outdoor workouts with a glorious viewpoint on Lake Geneva, mixing use of the park and the concrete amenities around.
Parc des Bastions (Prom. des Bastions, 1204 Genève, French Consulate entrance and to the left)
The stunning, tree-filled park is our most recent outdoor location. It offers great shade and nice private spots to workout, and is conveniently located 10mins from our HUG indoor studio.
Nyon (Tuesdays: route de Geneve, 1260 Nyon, by Colovray Sports Centre. Fridays: rue de Rive, at the jetty)
The best workout in Nyon! Come along for an invigorating workout by the lake with all the YΞS equipment, fun and energy.
Lausanne (park behind Théâtre Vidy, 1007 Lausanne)
Our new location in Lausanne where you will enjoy a mighty workout with all our kit but also be rewarded by the glorious Lake Geneva backdrop.
WHAT YOU NEED
You do not need anything to attend our classes as we provide all the equipment. Indoors, we do ask you to wear indoor gym shoes. Outdoors, we recommend light clothes in the warm months and breathable, warm clothes as well as gloves in the winter. We also always recommend bringing your water and a towel if needed.
SEASONS
We offer indoor classes year-round in our Eaux-Vives and HUG studios and adapt the outdoor timetable according to the time of year. We will usually offer 5 to 10 outdoor classes per week across our locations in the cold months, increasing to 70+ classes per week in the spring and summer. Please always refer to our website for the latest weekly schedule.
