Getting started
Your first session, at your own pace.
What is YΞS Bootcamp?
YΞS Bootcamp is a high-energy HIIT (high-intensity interval training) workout combining strength training, cardio and bodyweight exercises. We use equipment such as rowers, AirBikes, TRX, barbells, kettlebells and battle ropes. Every session is different, fun and open to all fitness levels.
Are the workouts suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. Your coach can adapt every exercise so beginners and experienced athletes train side by side, each at their own pace. You do not need to be super fit to get started.
How long is a class?
Check the start and end times of your chosen class in Schedule. Session length depends on the class you book; use the times shown for that session rather than assuming every class lasts an hour.
In which languages are classes taught?
If you need coaching in a particular language, contact our team before booking so we can help you choose a suitable session.
Can I train during pregnancy or after an injury?
If you are pregnant, recovering from an injury or have a medical concern, get clearance from a healthcare professional first. Speak to your coach before the session so the workout can be adapted for you.
Booking & cancellations
Find a class and manage your bookings.
Where can I find the class schedule?
Open Schedule, choose indoor or outdoor and your location, then view the published timetable. Check back regularly for available sessions and changes.
How do I book a class?
Create an account or log in, complete your profile and choose an eligible credit pack or membership from Buy classes. Open Schedule, choose your location, select an available session and confirm the booking.
Once confirmed, you will receive an email and can find the session under Upcoming bookings in your bookings. Check that your booking appears there.
What is the cancellation policy?
For standard class bookings, cancel from Upcoming bookings in your bookings using the cancellation control.
- Weekday classes: cancel at least three hours before the start.
- Weekend classes and sessions starting at 06:30 or 07:00: cancel before midnight the day before.
Within the free-cancellation deadline, your credit is returned automatically. For credit packs, a late cancellation uses the class credit. Unlimited members lose one day of membership for a late cancellation and two days for a no-show.
The cancellation confirmation indicates when it is too late to recover your credit. See the terms and conditions for the full rules.
Packs & memberships
Payments, student prices and membership pauses.
Which packs and memberships do you offer?
The regular offer includes a Starter Pack of three classes, a single class, and packs of five, ten or twenty classes. The Starter Pack is subject to eligibility and cannot be purchased again once used.
- Starter, Single and Fiver: use within three months.
- Tenner and Twenty: use within twelve months.
Unlimited options are Month, Six Months and Year. The monthly option renews automatically. Special offers have their own availability and conditions. Visit Buy classes while logged in to see what is available to your account.
What are the current prices?
These are the regular prices applicable to your account, using the same rates as Buy classes:
- Starter Pack · 3 classes: 69 CHF
- Single · 1 class: 34 CHF
- Fiver · 5 classes: 159 CHF
- Tenner · 10 classes: 299 CHF
- Twenty · 20 classes: 569 CHF
- Month Unlimited · per month: 229 CHF
- Six Months Unlimited: 1199 CHF
- Year Unlimited: 2199 CHF
Eligibility, special offers and instalment prices can differ. The offer and total shown at checkout apply. Log in to see student or existing-member rates where applicable.
Does Month Unlimited renew automatically?
Yes. Month Unlimited renews automatically each month, with no minimum commitment and no registration or cancellation fees. You can cancel to stop the next renewal; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
Open Manage my subscription in your profile to manage cancellation. Cancelling a class does not cancel your monthly subscription.
Cancel an active monthly auto-renewing subscription before purchasing a six-month or annual unlimited pack. See the terms and conditions for details.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Online payments are processed through Stripe. The site lists TWINT, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay; the payment options available to your purchase are shown at checkout.
For eligible six-month and annual memberships, instalment options and their conditions are shown during purchase. Read the payment terms before confirming.
Do you offer a student discount?
Reduced student rates are available on eligible packs and memberships. Visit Buy classes while logged in to see the prices applicable to your account; special offers may have separate conditions.
Upload a valid student card or enrolment certificate in the Student section of your profile (PDF, JPG, JPEG or PNG, up to 3 MB). A new student-status request shows as Pending until reviewed; uploading a document does not immediately activate student rates.
Student status is renewed annually from 1 November. When your status is reset, submit an updated document for approval.
Can I pause my membership?
The auto-renewing Month Unlimited membership cannot be suspended or extended for holidays, business travel or personal absences. You can stop its next renewal instead.
For memberships eligible for a freeze under the terms and conditions:
- Holidays: up to two months per year, with at least seven consecutive days per freeze.
- Business travel: up to four months per year, with at least seven consecutive days per freeze.
- Medically certified injury: the certified period of inability to exercise, with no maximum duration.
Holiday and business-travel requests must be submitted before departure. For injury, send both the request and medical certificate within five days of becoming unable to exercise.
Use the Request for a postponement form in your profile for injury or work travel. For a holiday request, contact the team before departure. Requests require review; submitting a form does not automatically extend your membership.
Can I get a refund?
Under the terms and conditions, classes or memberships purchased by mistake are eligible for a refund only if they have not been used. Contact the team to request a review. This is separate from the return of a credit after an on-time class cancellation.
